The Cabildo Insular de La Palma has launched a call for grants to support housing rental among the island's young population. Applications are open to people aged 18 to 35, with age assessed at the time the application is submitted.
The grant covers 50% of the monthly rent, up to a maximum of €300 per month.
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have their actual and habitual residence on the island of La Palma.
- Be registered (empadronado) at the property for which the grant is requested.
- Hold a rental contract in accordance with the Spanish Urban Leases Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos).

These grants are compatible with other aid for the same purpose, although applicants must check that such other aid is also compatible with this grant.
